Hi serenity, You can do this yourself really easily, and for free! You get free charts at www.astro.com, you will need to set up a free account with them with your email and a password. Then click on "free horoscopes" at the top of the page, then "Extended Chart Selection" from the list (bottom right of the page). You can then put in your birth details and set charts for you both. You can add asteroids too - some like Chiron, Vesta and Juno are mentioned in the box on the bottom left of the page (you have to click on them to include them). Eros is not in the list, so you type in 433 in the box under the list for asteroid Eros. It will then show on your chart wheels. If you stay in the Extended Chart Selection, you have a synastry option which will show you the two wheels together, so you can see the synastry. Have fun - come back if you have any problems or to talk about your synastry! Ariesmoon

Hi there welcome to the forum! Synastry just means the relationship between planets in charts - how the planetary energies in each chart blend together (or don't!)
So it could be a conjunction, but it could also be a square (90 degrees), a trine (120 degrees) an opposition (180 degrees) etc.
Looking at the individual charts first - seeing how the energies work for one person - is essential before looking for connections between the two. I've learned that from experience and from reading posts on here! Look closely at how Eros shows itself in your own chart - its sign, house position, and the aspects it makes to other planets and angles in your chart. Check out Kim's pages on this site for her wonderful insights into Eros and how it works by sign, house and transit.
Discovering Eros is a great experience - once you are in touch with your passion, there will be no stopping you! Happy reading and research!
