Hi everyone!
I have my Eros, my Hebe, my Aesclepius conjunct this guy's Sun, and my Psyche conjunct his moon. I felt the chemistry for him the first time hearing somebody talking about him. He's not "objectively" the most handsome man around but I actually have sexual fantasy about him (the first time for a man, or for any human being, in my life).
The Mid point of my sun and moon, happens to be the mid point of his sun and moon, the mid point of my Eros and Psyche, and the mid point of his Eros and Psyche, which is also where my Uranus, Venus, Adonis, Apollo, and his Palla and Jupiter are. This loaded point is 17 Scopio.
I'm spell bound and have no way out of my pining for him. (Eros plus Hebe plus Aesclepius -- I'm willing to keep giving and giving, hoping one day I'll get my sexual healing?)
We also have a Sappho opposite Karma double wammy.
My Cupid conjuncts my Hazard and conjuncts his asendant. This point is opposite my Amor, which conjunct his Vertex. (yes his vertex is on his descedant)
Anybody has similar synastry contact? How do you feel about that person? Is there similar feeling in return?
Thanks!

Hi qqvertex, Welcome to the forum! Wow, you do have some powerful contacts. Particularly the Eros Sun and the shared Su/Mo midpoint. Those are powerful attractors! The common midpoint means that transits there are going to light you both up at the same time. It could indicate a mutual interest GIVEN you both are open to the prospect of union at that time. It also means you will share the same kind of growth experience-events simultaneously. You may respond differently but it often means you 'get' each other. As for Eros - sun, here is an excerpt from my Eros Reports: Eros in Synastry Aspect with the SunLove is like the sun: it has its inner energy source that shines on you.-- Helene LagerbergWhen Eros and the Sun meet in the synastry, sparks can fly and egos ignite. There is a sense of competitiveness, ambition and demand that may or may not sit well with the merging attributed of the god of love. The Sun wants to define itself as a unique and singular individual; Eros wants to define itself through merging and union with another. Sometimes the contact between the Sun and Eros in two separate charts can help one or both individuals become more conscious of their potent erotic side. It may put the spotlight on intimacy making it an important part of the mutual rapport. Conversely, Sun/Eros contacts can make the individuals split into a dynamic of yeah and neigh. One person may want very much to experience Eros and the merging of energy it implies. The other may find this invasive and pull further and further back into a defense of distinction, autonomy and rational clarity. The squares, conjunctions, oppositions and inconjuncts tend to reflect more disparity between the individuals where the trines and sextiles can be more likely to indicate affinity and merging. Either way, the relationship is bound to have some sense of competitiveness. This may be highly creative, especially if the couple is willing to use the inherent stimulus to find clarity and distinction in all their creative pursuits together. The sign, aspects and house position of each person’s Sun and Eros need consideration before coming to any conclusions about this contact. If one person’s Sun is conjunct Saturn and the other persons Eros is opposite Pluto, the contact will be quite different than if the Sun was conjunct Jupiter and Eros opposite Venus. This is not to say it would be better or even easier. It would simply be different. When Eros touches the Sun, the energy of both the Sun and Eros awaken between the two people involved and they will want to expend this abundant energy in some way. Joint creative projects and mutual activities are possible and lacking those, the couple may clash or simply find they have little energy for each other. The Sun tends to do nothing by halves and, when stimulated, needs somewhere to shine. If the stage is big enough, Sun/Eros may shine in unison although probably not without mutual effort, goals and a mature sense of integrity. Let us know if that resonates. Also, I bumped an older thread on mutual midpoints for more background there. Thanks for your post. Warm wishes, Kim

Thank you Kim! I did read almost all posts on this forum so I'm familiar with your comment on Eros/Sun contact and other topics. Thank you and hope you had a wonderful holiday! I had two major crushes in my life so far. The previous one, my north node, Veritas (490, the truth), and my name asteroid (all these are within less than one degree) conjunct his vertex. This time, this NN/Veritas/Name asteroid point is opposite that guy's vertex. I believe that just Eros itself is not enough to burn this violently the fire of desire in my heart--I suspect that notorious North Node/Vertex contact is essential in any obsession. The difference though, can be obvious. In the previous crush, my Eros is about 1 degree from his Karma. I never really have sexual fantasy about him. It's a different kind of crush, more intellectual and emotional. Other aspect in that crush are: my north node/Veritas/Name asteroid sextile his north node, which conjunct my Juno. My Cupid and harzard conjuct his Pluto. We have Nemesis opposite Nemesis (I guess that explained why it didn't work out). This time, my Eros conjuct his Sun, and his Pluto--all these are just minutes apart. Talking about sexual fantasy! For the first time of my life I understand what it means to really want someone! And I guarantee he is just normally hot, definitely not in the model class. Looking at movie stars and handsome male models, I intellectually understand that they are attractive and hot. When I look, or just think about my current crush, I feel the heat deep in my root. That's Eros! I hope this information helps. Thanks for reading!

Hi qqvertex, Vertex/North Node contacts do seem to have a 'fated' quality about them. We want to follow where they lead. Anything related to the Nodes has to do with our inner guidance and the Vertex is like putting an exclamation mark on it! At the very least, it holds our undivided interest. You said, Looking at movie stars and handsome male models, I intellectually understand that they are attractive and hot. When I look, or just think about my current crush, I feel the heat deep in my root. That's Eros!I agree! With Eros it is not an 'knowing' that someone is attractive. We don't measure against cultural norms or ideals. The measurement stems from something transcendent-beyond the body, though usually it is the body that feels it first! Has anyone else had that experience? It can be hard to define in words, yes?
