Just get started with horary and need a lot of help!
I have major housing issues right now. Here's the quick run down on the issues and then my question.
1) I recently relocated and my old home is up for sale. All kinds of issues with that. The biggest issue is that most of my salary is going out to pay the mortgage on the old place. I'm broke!
2) I currently share a house with 2 other people that I just met 2 1/2 months ago. Our lease is ending at the end of the month. We gave notice, but rental manager now says we have to give 60 days notice - check the lease. Well, I have never been given a copy of the lease (long story)! There are many problems with this place and I still don't know how this will all end. Biggest problem is that there were supposed to be 4 people sharing the rent and there is only 2! I can't afford this!
2) Thinking that I would have to move at the end of July or commit to signing a 1 year lease, I put a deposit down on a 1-bedroom place. I don't particularly like the new place. But it is only temporary. I will have to move from there by the end of December anyway. Moving twice is going to be a pain! I hate it, but it is affordable and buys me some time to sell my old place.
3) Yesterday I found a cute 2 bedroom place that would be perfect for me. Problem is: I can't afford it. So I asked one of my current roommates if he would be interested in renting it with me. Sharing with him would allow me to get into a place I love at a price I can afford right now. However, I'm not sure that I'm doing the right thing.
Now the question: Should I get a new place with current roommate or go solo?
I don't know much about horary. What represents the roommate or me? Which houses do I look at to answer this question? Will the background issues also show up in the horary?
Here's the chart. I put the aspect table in a separate pic below. You have to scroll down a bit.
