Hi Forum,
I read that in a wedding chart, it's nice to have the 1st & 7th house rulers in pleasant applying aspect. What if the 1st & 7th house rulers are 128 degrees apart, moving toward the sesquiquadrate, while the 1st and 7th house decanate rulers are in applying trine? Are the decanate rulers even considered in an election?
Best wishes,
Kelly

Kelly, I'm not sure, but I would look at them. Also, the sesquisquare can indicate what once was enjoyed (trine) now becoming a chore or something keeps it from being enjoyable. The trine could show how to get around that.

Hi Aquarianessence,
The sesquisquare interpretation makes perfect sense.
Fortunately, the chart also has the Moon in a close, applying sextile to the Sun. That's one reason I thought the less than perfect 1st 7th house rulers' aspect would be acceptable.
Thanks for the input,
Kelly
