My attorney called. The attorney for my ex employer (not the insurance company's attorney?) called him and asked if I'd would settle for 3-4 years comp money which is not very much in the long run, rather than go to trial. If I settle, I must be very sure I can get a job that won't further my symptoms. So it must be a job without repetition, forceful gripping, heavy lifting or anything that will strain my back such as bending and moving things around. my paid work experience includes manufacturing and customer service. So the question is can I get safe work?
Mercury hour, chart is radical as Mercury rules air, the hands and nerves, which is what most of this is about. Mercury rules the court/law suit and 12, health and self undoing. Moon co-rules asc and the 10th career in question. The ascendant is contra antiscion to my Sun in the 2nd and transiting Mars. That makes the descendant antiscion my Sun and tr.
Mercury and Venus are both void of course, so for at least part of the issue, nothing can be done or things won’t go as expected. This doesn’t sound good for a law suit or a job. Moon being with Uranus repeats the instability of the situation. Being in the 5th shows the other problem I’ve been having with my lower back, brought about by the functional capacity analysis they made me go through which caused injury to my back. But the boss refused to fill out an accident report on it. I do have chiropractor receipts and a letter given to my boss where this injury is mentioned. Also the case manager told me he should have filled out a report.
Moon first trines Jupiter ruling the 3rd, hands and nerves and 6th, daily routine and maybe the attorney that assists me. This would be yes. Then Moon opposes Mars who is square Jupiter. Mars rules the 7th, 2nd my husband or the adversary and my income. Mars disposits Jupiter so he has authority over Jupiter. Mars just happens to be conjunct my Sun and Jupiter rules my 5th, spine and children.
This is the last aspect Moon makes before Mercury, ruling the hour, changes signs. Moon next conjoins Uranus which could be accident or injury hard to prove with Neptune being dispositor. Moon next squares Pluto, ruling my skills and income and is in mutual reception with Jupiter. So would this mutual reception say that the trine to Jupiter is really a square, sort of like yes and no?
After this Moon conjoins Node then trines Venus ruling me so I guess the final answer is yes but it seems to be more complicated than that. I have no idea what kind of job Cancer and Pisces is. These signs rule my 8th and 12th. That sounds like cleaning the hospital or going to prison. LOL I also notice the Sun being exactly on my ascendant with Saturn on his way and squaring my 2nd/income. Sun rules the percentage the attorney gets. 10% if I settle, 30% with a trial.
I’m not sure if Mercury, ruling the 9th is my attorney, or Jupiter, ruling the 6th is. If its Mercury then he is ruling the hour of my question and is void of course. Mercury’s last aspect was opposite Moon on the day I met with him. The MC degree is where Mercury turned direct. This is the degree of my Photographica. That’s funny because he just told me they have been known to videotape but I haven’t been doing anything wrong anyway. But this could be saying something about the MRI films and printout of the EMG but that's not the question.
Again this chart is confusing to me as Moon rules both me and the question. Venus, also me, is void, at least currently. The asc contra antiscion is like an opposition to my Sun and Mars.
So, is the answer yes? Can the chart give insight as to the type of job? I hope this is understandable. I'm rather emotional these days.
