I am currently looking at a series of related events, all having to do with court cases involving my mother but a few questions have come up. I thought it would be a good place to learn about rulership since I have several dates to look at through court records.
[glow=red,2,300]Would the descendant be the person that initiated the event and the plaintiff if a court case? [/glow]
Since the word satan in Hebrew means the accusor and he is exalted in Libra, the natural descendant, that would make sense. The chart I am currently looking at does, though, have Libra rising with Saturn in Aries in the 7th. This leads me to believe that the asc is the defendant or person attacked even though it was the other side who set the event time (MC) and place (Asc).
[glow=red,2,300]Would the 11th be anything with the word friend attached to it like Friend of the Court? And would it also show any success or failure of adoption planned by that "Friend". Friend of the court is the one who initiated the action. [/glow]
Sun rules that house and is exalted by the descendant, so this makes sense if the descendant is the accusor/Plaintiff.
[glow=red,2,300]For such events that I don't know the exact time of, would it be best to use my birth time (I was directly involved), sunrise, midnight or noon?[/glow]
If my birth time then it would be a diurnal. With one that I know the time, it may be showing the exact degree of my mom's Moon through the MC. A sunrise chart has the moon only a degree away from here and the Moon conj Mc would fit this event. She had custody permantly taken away that day, but appealed and won 2 years later.
Thanks in advance for any help.
