This is one of those waxing philosophical questions....LOL... ;D
In horary, I have often found the Moon's Last Aspect to be with Pluto (especially now with it sitting squat at 26 Sag). I wonder what folks make of that last contact. For example --setting aside the horary's question--if one can really do that in horary--- what is the tone, indication, suggestion of that Pluto aspects to Moon? What if it's a TRINE? An OPPOSITION? A SQUARE?
It seems that both planets, Pluto and the Moon evoke emotional rumbling of sorts....

Pluto?
Pluto evokes deep, intense, painful, convoluted, dark nights of the soul underworld journeys that leave us stripped of all assumptions and expectations until we stand naked before Ereskigal in her realm of darkness and, finally, ultimately, transform.
Like Liz Greene says, "Pluto is about choice...like, do I lose my left arm or my right leg?"
This is the sugar coated version, by the way.
We can't take the archetype of Pluto and try to tame it, or dress it up with sweet scents and flower and other Venusian attributes. It's hell. It's Hades. No more, no less.
Yes, often the last planetary aspect from the Moon now is to Pluto, but Pluto is still in mutual reception to Jupiter until the end of the year. That means Pluto can change places with Jupiter, keeping the same degree. It will change the aspect (maybe from a square to a trine, or from a semi-sextile to a conjunction!) It's important to take this into account.
Also, the last aspect may be to Fortuna (always check) or a parallel or contra-parallel. Run those Declinations!
Whoa, Pluto is intense when you tune in...yes?
