Hello All,
My question is very clear, direct from heart. When do I purchage a residential flat bigger than the current one I own. Well, I am not writing at the forum for sometime although I follow the posts regularly. With Sun in my solar 10th house conjunct my natal moon and oppose transit Uranus in solar 4th, I am very very busy with new official responsibilities and resettling some very important domestica issues. Relocation of family is the major one as I woundup establishment at my hometown and thereby my wife joined me back keeping the children at hostel for their studies. My daughter's stay is not set yet and would be done next week.
Now the focus is on my stay somewhere close to office as I find it extremely difficult to travel 80 km a day. I dont' like to rent an accommodation.
Date: 13th Sept., 2005 Time: 12 hrs 52 min Place: New Delhi
Thank you all in anticipation Kris

Kris,
I really don't know what I am doing, but thanks for the opportunity to learn. I hope someone more knowlegable can give you a reading.
The 4th house ruler is Mars (not that the Fortunae and North Node are in the 4th!) and it seems that the aspect you want to focus on is the trine from the Moon to Mars. This gives uss a Cardinal Sign to a Succeedent house, so about 6 weeks. About six weeks until you purchase a flat??
See how this fits-Blessings and best of luck! Amoroso

Thank you Juliet for posting the chart.
Amoroso, thanks for giving your impressions. Six weeks ? Oh.. thats too good to hear as I go by the present property value rating. I am not really sure whether I can go for it or not since the cost escalated so much in tha last 6 months. And I will be out of city for nearly 10 days starting tomorrow night.
Mars, lord of 4th in 5th house does not truely indicate physical thrist on domestic related matters. Initiation would be difficult since Mars makes lazy trine aspects with moon in 1st and Mer lord of 7th house in 9th. Strong conscious efforts are needed. I am already a bit pessimistic as the enquiries revealed a scenario beyond my NORMAL reach. The only occupant of 4th house is North node that indicate old familiar situation and not future. I am curious about 4th cusp falling on Aries point. How to judge this? may be there would be too much of publicity especially since AC lord Jup in 10th oppose north node in 4th. Pars Fortuna indicates the issues through which luck favours native. Does it help me ? Let us see.
I dare not to conclude since the issue is very important to me. I love to receive the opinions of experienced members of the forum. Kim, how busy are you ?
regards Kris

NN presents a Mars-future oriented quality, and with that Ariespoint on the IC, you got yourself some more nice Aries energy, Kris. I think you might even be succesfull within those six weeks, because Moon is Cardinal and in an Angle! That signifies days, although Moon in Cap might slow the process down a bit! I wish you luck, Kris!

Hello All,
I returned yesterday after admitting my daughter into B.Tech engineering course. Me and my wife are happy that the child performed beyond our expectations securing seat in one of the prestigious technical institutes of the country facing stiff competition. It saved me good amount of money too as the institute is not a commercial one and is aided by the government.
It is disappointing that there were no more responses to my call. 10th house indicate house of the seller as it is 4th to 7th. AC lord - benevolent jupiter - is in 10th. 10th lord venus in 11 (profit) squared by Sat in 8th (2nd to 7th). So the seller may be in financial crisis, thus planning to dispose the property indicated by venus. 2nd lord Sat is sitting on Vertex in 8th suggesting fated financial enounter. Loss or gain ? DC lord Mer in its own house Virgo is very strong intellectually. Interesting to note that the AC and DC lords are not connected. How do the interaction come about ?
Two out of six weeks visualized by Amoroso and Juliest have already passed. Let us see what happens.
regards Kris

Dear Kris,
Congradulations! When I first looked at this chart, what I thought at a first glance after reading lightly what you wrote, and seeing Mars (4th house ruler in the 5th) "he wants a home for his children.."
I get the feeling that what Armoroso and Juliet have stated is true, due to the fact that the rulers of the situation are in angles in cardinal signs... I feel you will see results the more you press forward, with your daughter as inspiration..
Best wishes, and I hope disapointment isn't all you turn up with on your search.

P.S. thanks Juilet for posting this chart!

Dear Svenskafinx,
Thanks for the post. Your perception is partially true. The thought of 'bigger' home for children in 'future' is in my mind as a 'secondary' thought. First and foremost of the need is "to stay close to the office". Your suggestion to "take my daughter as inspiration" put me in deep thought. From this year, the expected financial stress on me is not there since my daughter is admitted to Govt. college and whatever I thought I had to spend on her education is saved. Transit Jupiter in my natal 4th house gives really good opportunity to expand home.
But the cost of property escalated so much of late. Hence I am a bit pessimistic about it. Shall I insert my daughter into the proceedings or what ? How to take her in. I hope I come across a seller who is desperate to dispose the property as I perceived in my previous post. In such a case I am likely to make it at affordable price cheaper by market value.
Let us see.
regards Kris

Hi Kris,
The NN and Fortuna in the forth is considered quite favourable--the forth representing the property you are interested in buying.
With this question, I would look at when you (either Jupiter or moon) 'connect' with the seller (seventh house ruler). With Moon making a trine to Mercury in 2 plus degrees (two weeks) we know those aren't the sign posts because that time has passed. There is such a lovely grand trine going on though with the significators involved, I have to wonder ...could you be getting an inheritance or an opportunity to look after a home for an extended period of time (one that suited your needs?)
I feel like there is something I'm missing here...too tired to see it right now.
I'll get back to this as soon as I can!
Warmly, Kim
Are you looking at a place now, or just considering doing so?

Dear Kim,
I have already located an area in which I want to purchase the flat.
Tranist Uranus in 9th opposing natal Moon Psyche conjunct in 3rd house is acting strong for quite some time. I had to go for frequent long distance travel spending lot of money (natal uranus in 2nd). My current flat developed water seepage problem and it could only be partially rectified. Drier driver motor in my washing machine was burnt as water was leaking into it. Spent hefty amount on its repair.
In the backdrop of above problems (mentioned briefly, I avoided lot many other minor problems), I am desperate to shift. You know better about Moon Uranus opposition and how it plays on the mind. I made a few contacts (through friends), in the desired area, to get a reasonable deal. Inheritance ? I see no chance. But I have a strong feel that I shall benefit from the deal whichever way it comes. I am avoing dealers as they are generally known to exploit the customers. I am looking for a direct deal with the seller.
Todays solar eclipse in libra in my natal 4th closely sextiles mercury in 6th (lord of 12). I feel it will hasten shift of residence through personal contacts. But in which fashion ? My wife suggest to take a house on rent initially. I am averse to it as it will add to my laziness going for purchase and also leave a problem with finding a tenant for my own flat. In such a case I have to spend a good amount of money on repair work, white washing and painting; not a wise idea while trying to dispose the house. Right ?
Can you suggest a route / analogy that help in catching the seller ?
regards Kris
PS: I can purchase if and only if I sell the current flat.

Hi Kris, Isn't it true that the flat will be better and sooner sold when it is in good shape, looks attractive, is in good repair?
I know two couples who were not even keen on selling their house, and they put a lot of effort and love (no big amounts of money) in decorating (not even visible from the outside) and it was as if their energy paid off in synchronicity, one guy got offered a great job someplace else and they had to sell the house years earlier then they had planned and did so wonderfully, good price and soon! With similar energy put in their next and next house they now live in an villa with swimmingpool right now! Before that effort put in the initial house, they lived a rather stagnant live, very odd.
The other couple received a ridiculous high bid on their house from friends of neighbours and decided to take it and found a great house soon after that. The best of luck!

Hi Juliet,
I totally agree with you and personally I don't like any disorder however minor it may be. The seepage is in the toilet. The plumber fixed the problem located in the flat above mine. Still some problem remained and the source could not be located. In order to fix it, I have to check all the pipelines of entire four storey building from outside. The pipes are concealed into the wall; hence the walls have to be digged all long the pipe lines, replace the damaged pipes and replaster. You know it is not only expensive but also I have to convince 3 neighbours who fear damage to their installations and resist my attempt. Is it worth spending lot of money to fix a minor problem in the toilet, not visible outside ? Personal dislike to the disorder is troubling me more than the actual problem.
The rest of the house is sparkling. People appreciate our sense of decorating the house. This problem does not come in the way of getting good price to my flat, I belive.
regards Kris

Kris, What is the status of this question? From a Horary perspective, I am wondering what your original chart reveals about your situation right now.
