Hello,
I shoot this question at: Date: 11th August 2005 Time: 10h6m (Indian standard time) Place: Newdelhi (28N38 77E12) Timezone: 5h 30m
I request Svenskafinx to post the chart.
I am prompted by the situation to ask this question. My office is about 40 km away from my current residence and so I plan to shift somewhere close to office. I postponed the shift for the last 18 months since I do not want to leave the familiar environment staying alone. My wife joins me back shortly and hence the idea to shift came back to my mind.
I own a flat. I want to dispose it and take a another one, possibly bigger one, but not necessarily new unlived possession. Natally, transit Sat just entered the 2nd house in Leo. Natal Uranus in 2nd transit 8th house. Natal Neptune conjunct venus in 4th transit 7th house. There is strong focus on finances. Both Uranus and Neptune are retrograde currently. What is in the offing ? I am not confident of my judgement alone prehaps due to huge amount of money involved.
I like to have the views of forum members.
Thanks Kris

Hi Kris
Svenskasfinx (the chart fairy) has been away, so I thought I'd try and post the chart for you but I'm not sure how to read the time, does 10h6m = 10:06 am?
S.A.

Dear Stella,
Thanks for posting the chart. I don't find any errors. Can you read it for the query ?

Hi Kris
Sorry, my time is almost up here tonight. I don't have time to devote a proper look right at this moment. (I'm not an Horary expert, they are more of a curiosity to me)
But in the time I do have I'll tell you what jumps out at me.... It doesn't look like a very straight foward chart to read... just a glance shows the moon is probably VOC and in the Via Combusta (the Moon is almost 26 degrees, I'm not sure that it is protected by Spica or not with approximately 2 degree orb... I use very tight orbs on fixed stars so I wouldn't count it...other's might though) No doubt the issue is causing you a great deal of personal stress.
Also your ruler Venus is making no major beneficial applying aspects...
I wouldn't feel comfortable myself to give an affirmative answer to your question just based on the above alone (especially if there is a large amount of money at stake), but the chart no doubt needs to be read properly by someone who knows what they are doing!
S.A.
Edit: I just removed the comment on the Moon/Saturn square aspect as I just realised it doesn't count. I was lazy and looking at the aspect grid instead of the chart. Sorry!

Dear Stella,
Thanks for the response. Your basic reading is exactly the same as the first impression I got on seeing the chart. No doubt the issue is boiling in my mind for some time and the time has come to execute (take some action) my relocation (ofcourse locally within the city).
This chart is yet another example of what I generally face on trying to do something big. Confusion is at the root of every important assignment for me. Fits well with current Mercury retrograde.
I look forward for the views of other members of the forum, particularly from Kim. Her response is very quick normally, I pressume she is very busy.
Thanks again.
regards Kris

Super busy, Kris.
I will go through it more carefully if time allows but when I find the Moon VOC (Thanks StellaArcana for the post and the spot on response), I say, "There is nothing to worry about! Nothing will happen on this (nothing 'bad') and the matter will drop in its present form."
I find VOC quite comforting in that way--especially when asking questions about health. It's a real "no worries" feel.
I usually don't look any farther than the Moon when she is VOC. In this case, Jupiter on the Ascendant protects you--like a guardian angel.
You might feel in the confusion of the 12th though I think 'all is truly well'. I hope you can trust that.
Warmly, Kim
