I think tat last time I heard his music (soon Christmas CD will be haunting the stores) I RAN out of the retail establishment!!! Ha,ha.....
Too funny! And I know *exactly* what you mean! OMG... how could I forget, Gem -- I've got JOSH GROBAN just *sitting* in my work PC, waiting for me to press the on button??
That young man's voice just MELTS me!
Whew... rescued just in the nick of time. I was stranded without the proper serenade and was beginning to get restless.
Just how long is Eros in Libra again??? It's really quite ridiculous this appetite I have for the romantic. Crikey -- I just remembered... Eros & Juno are conjunct on my ASC in 3 days.
Guess Josh and I are gonna be cozying up all week, then. LOL
Love-love! Sami <who's living in a very rose-colored world these days> <g>

Hey Samina!! How was your Vitorio lunch?? : )
Yes, I like Josh Groban as well! Victorio is the newest tenor the music industry is tauting! I first heard him sing on the Miss USA pageant (yes, I DID watch a bit..slow night on TV)!! He was marvelous and his first CD (Only one?) is the one I have...it is wonderful!!!!! Very soothing and romantic!
Did you find Vitorio?
Hugs- GemStar
PS-Three cheers for romantic music CDS!!!!

Oh, yes indeed, GemStar! I went to his website, where he has a couple soundtrack samples. Very nice -- I especially liked his "Maria" from West Side Story. I'm digging the lower register of Josh Groban's baritone right now, tho... it's doing the trick. LOL And hey, I've been a closet fan of those pageants since I was little girl! I guess all that secret girliness is coming out in spades now with the ballroom dancing. <plugging mysel back into Josh> yummmmm! Sami

Fine....go be with your manly-man Josh with his crazy-head of hair!! ;D Hee-hee....he has a wonderful voice no doubt!!! I think he is a Pisces if I am not mistaken! Yes..his voice is deeper than Vitorio's....another good guy is Mario Franguolis (sp?)....he does a fantastic rendition of Nights in White Satin....mmmmmm!! Bocelli is always nice too!! ;D

Josh's voice certainly sounds manly-man, but his appearance is so soft... he has such soft Piscean eyes to go with the kitty-kitty face and lion's mane. Maybe his Piscean sun is on the ASC, in the 12th...? Vittorio, on the other hand... I get the feeling he votes for the other team, if you get my drift. Do you get that vibe? Diminishes the appeal, I must admit. There's just a sense he can't stand & deliver in the romantic department. LOL
Ah, ana, you little minx, you! Wouldn't that be a grand way to earn a living? Did you ever see the movie Dangerous Beauty? You simply must. In an alternate reality, I am so there. How much fun we'd have, ana!

(Oops, well... there you have it. I've shown my Eros/MC/NN/Sun/Venus for what it really is. Coupled with Scorp Moon trine Chiron.. I'm definitely in the wrong profession.
LOLOL....)

Hey Samina....I brought up that film Dangerous Beauty quite awhile ago....had you known about that film before I brought it up on one of the past threads? Not too many people are familiar with it which is why I asked....I LOVE that movie!!!! As for Vittorio...well, yes...he is lacking somehow in the 'romantic persuasion' department....though I must admit, Josh is too 'mushy/soft' for my taste. Definitely has those Piscean eyes! I am a more Pierce Brosnan kinda gal! I watched a PBS special on Vittorio, well....they interviewed him and all I wanted to do was give him a haircut...teach him to be more sincere with his answers...(he answered the correct words...yet lacked the depth of real feeling somehow....hard to explain). I have enjoyed his music...and try not to think about which team he is playing for.....no doubt he has his 'following'. In the meantime...voices definitely do reign for me when a man is wooing me! The telephone is a Gemini's dream invention...and a man's voice says it all to me! Singing or no singing.......MMmmmmm. Hugs- GemStar

These singers are not familiar to me here......but I looked up the Dangerous Beauty movie 1998 about 1500 empowered HCC Maybe a video library may have it............. Sadly I have a lot of Gem and Lib and am all talk in the end.......... Good luck with your elections in the USA.......

Elections...? Oh. Yeah. LOL Gee, thanks, ana. Like we have anything to do with them at this point -- things by now are so corrupted by electronic voting machines, I'd say that voting is pretty much meaningless. Anyway, back to the important things... Yes, Gem, I know about Dangerous Beauty from having watched it about 6-7 years ago and just loved it! I don't think I've talked about it with anyone since then. But I'm not surprised to hear that you enjoyed it as well. LOL And I agree, Josh's energy overall is too soft for my taste. But I do love his voice! LOL I hear ya on the Gemini thing -- my Merc/Venus/Mars in Gemini are *completely* turned on by smooth singers & smooth talkers. LOL Someone who's stilted in that department is a definite Eros-killer for me... overcome-able if they have very strong Cancer energy, tho. <yum> I just had the best dance lesson ever. Tango, tango, tango! Y'know, people always ask "What's your favorite dance" and I never have an answer because I always love anything I'm dancing in the moment. But I think I have to admit that International Tango really is my favorite dance so far. Something about the very close hold, the staccato rhythm, the twisting shape away from your partner while you're still held so very close. Definitely an Eros in Libra sort of dance. One day, I hope to have a partner with whom to explore Argentine Tango -- I have a strong sense that I'll eventually really fall in love with that dance. But for now, my hands are full. Well, time to calm these tango-activated chakras down & call it a night! Sami

Where I am, the electronic voting machine also has a print out that stays in the machine so there is a paper trail. Doing something is better than doing nothing at all.

I do something. I choose not to participate in a charade, the best assertion of my voice that I know. If the majority did that, because they recognize the sham for what it is, we could right the system again to reflect our true voices. Those little paper printouts are worthless in a system that relies upon the electronic data. Believe me... I work in that area professionally and know the kinds of controls that need to be in place to secure data. Anyway, let's not hijack the topic of the thread. Eros in Libra is so much more pleasant!
