Well, I can't stand it. Saturn 5 N 08 is contra-parallel Uranus 5 S 02 today. Time to talk about the next opposition in the upcoming transit series. The next Saturn/Uranus opposition AND the following full moon is bang on my Moon 20 PIS 40 (& square Mercury/Juno/Child). So I simply must post these charts for comment. Just for grins, I set the full moon chart at the town of my birth. The angles line up within minutes of my natal chart! I'll post the charts in two separate threads and cross-link. Part II is here... erosastrology.proboards26.com/index.cgi?action=display&board=Event&thread=925 Let the fireworks begin! LOL! ;D Note to Pisces/Virgo... Don't fight the currents. Althought the fish seems to be swimming in the wrong direction (or all directions!), it will wind up exactly in the right place (eventually!). Throw the map out the window and ride the wave to the sunny shore! First, the Saturn/Uranus chart. Here are some interesting parallels/contra-parallels of declination in the transit chart. 4 S 23 Uranus 5 N 43 Saturn MOON declinations 26 N 03 Chaos 26 N 37 Davida - one of the ten largest asteroids. 27 N 03 Moon - Speed 14,23 (fast) & Out of Bounds! 27 S 30 Pandora 28 S 13 Eros PLUTO declinations 17 S 44 Pluto 17 S 56 NNode 18 S 54 Jupiter 18 N 03 Pan **** In 1967, Pluto transited 17 N 00 - 18 N 00 declination and 17 - 21 VIRGO latitude. **** I wasn't born that year, but would be keen to hear how this energy manifests. Of personal interest to me, the Moon in this chart is conjunct my natal Juno/Mercury/Child conjunction. Also, the Pluto/NNode parallel in the transit chart is at the same declination as my Natal Saturn/SNode conjunction. Here is the chart> And here are the aspects> I will post the Full Moon charts in Part II.

Aphrodite, great thread idea! One of the most useful things for everyone to do with this chart is to plot it around the natal and progressed charts, and perhaps any composite that is highly active (you are in relationship with the person--business or otherwise). See where the T-Square of Mo/sat/Uranus is and look particularly at any planets on the Sa/Ur midpoint (19.39 - 21.39 Gem-Sag). For me this falls across the cups of my 2nd and 8th squaring my Mercury at 18 Gem 35' in the 10th. Uranus will be parallel my natal Sappho at 05:14:17 and contra parallel Saturn. Because Sappho and Mercury both have to do with the written and spoken word, and the 2nd-8th house axis deals with resources and finances, there could be something both surprising and substantial happening in my literary world. The thing about Uranus is it never comes quite how you might expect, but it's always a surprise. Sappho can be words of love and poetic beauty, Mercury in 10 can be connections to people in authority or public figures. This could bode well for reviews? The transiting moon catches the energy of this opposition and makes it very personal. It brings meaning to the area of life the moon falls--for me that's the 10th, so whatever transpires, I doubt it will be very private! People will hear about it, talk about it. (not a good time to pull of a clandestine affair!) Anyone else? Where does this event fall in your natal chart? What do you think is waking up? What opportunities are coming your way? Let's look for the gems!

Hi Kim,
Thanks for the cudos!
I made some edits and added comments about folks born in 1967, who will have Sat/Ura contacting Pluto.
Falling across my 5th/11th house and impacting Moon, Mercury/Juno, this transit will most certainly impact my love life! I am hoping for significant happy events to transpire between D and me. and maybe his children, too!
As for your Sappho/Mercury, Kim. I think it might also bode well for the audio editions of your books!

Hello everyone, It is still early in the game. However, this transit is already in full swing, activating my Moon square Mercury/Juno and turning it into a t-square. It is definitely an emotional rollercoaster! The situation is constantly changing, up - down, up - down. Oh, "the drama!" I am so glad to know what is going on. A little knowledge helps turn fear to fascination. ;D At least the internal dialog between my Juno influenced, retrograde Mercury and my Moon provide some comic relief! LOL! This is actually so intriguing that I'm curious what will happen next. Here's Mercury, chomping on the popcorn, saying "You're kidding? Right?" So ridiculous! Even Moon finally cracked a smile (just a teenie little one!)! It is still early... Aphrodite

And it is the internal dialog that counts, I promise. This is all an inside job....find a way to get light with it, hold it easy and gently and smile! That's what will accomplish the 'great opus'!!

All that Aquarius is in my tenth house but not noticed much new action there YET It is very potent on my late Aquarian son s chart so I very much hope it will be a positive for him Uranus opp Sat is across his 9th /4th cusp near MC so I hope that is not negative for his career and esp not for his PARENTS Neptune is transiting his Sun 26 Aq Probably that has already been the position that took him to the Maldives for 6 weeks working on a surfing movie

This is manifesting in a real "out of the blue" way for me - 3 weeks into my part-time job and I'm being offered full time to cover for a colleague who's leaving. It would mean giving up another part-time job with a friend, which is really testing my loyalty. But I think I know which way I'm going to go. So it's a real Uranus/Saturn situation - the new against the established.

Hey AriesMoon,
Nice work turning your part-time into a full-time offer. Obviously, to know you is to love you! ;D Each time you share about this job it seems that it is lining up with you more and more. Who knows what they’ll be offering you in 3 months! Very cool!

Hi airedale - thank you! It isn't finalised, but the offer is there, and I'm hoping it will be sorted out soon.
It's certain VERY cool here - I'm posting from a very snowy UK - it all looks beautiful and white outside my window, but it's eerily quiet, hardly anyone out. Hundreds of schools closed.

Hey Ariesmoon, That's great, congratulations! I'm only slightly east of you and we're having loads of rain... watery cold!

I'm adding my congratulations too, Ariesmoon. How wonderful to have the choice! And my weather is hot, sultry, tropical summer days--nights like a sauna! The gardens flourish

Thank you everyone for the congratulations it makes me feel very loved! There are still obstacles to this (Saturn!) but I'm hopeful. Uranus in an exact sextile to my Mars now (Saturn trining it). The Uranus sextile is making me feel very dynamic, I seem to be getting bursts of energy but they're followed by exhaustion. I cleared snow yesterday, and cleared out loads of clothes that I no longer need/wear. And moved things round in the spare room. Exhaustion set in last night so I'm very conscious there's an opposition, that it's a swing from one to the other.

Ariesmoon, I hear you on the swings of energy - and the exhaustion! This Saturn-Uranus opposition has been hitting my Sun (18 Virgo), Saturn (19 Sag) and pMoon (22 Gemini). Last week the tension built up to the exact opposition to the point where I was bursting into tears for no reason. Just exhaustion. I went to see my acupuncturist/homeopath on Friday afternoon to get some relief. And I also booked a vacation for myself next month! ;D A few days away from work, etc. should help (although of course I'm worried about spending any money right now with all the bad news).
I have Saturn trine Uranus natally (Saturn square my Sun, Uranus conjunct my Moon and Aquarius), so it occurs to me that maybe this opposition is trying to push me to better integrate those two. (Never mind that my Venus-Pluto at 2 Virgo, which is getting a Pluto trine transit, is pulling in yet another direction...)
Meanwhile, we'll see what the Lunar Eclipse will bring (3 degrees past my Moon, and exactly sextile my pMoon). Lots of lunar/emotional stuff there...

Hi 3rdhousenorth, thanks for reminding me about today's lunar eclipse, had forgotten it! It's in my 4th/10th, squaring 12th house Mars.
I have Carol Rushman's "Predictive Astrology" open in front of me and she says this of an eclipse squaring Mars:
"..it is as if everything is exaggerated .. it revs up your energy and gets the adrenaline pumping". She says there's a danger of "running on empty", of burnout. Having been there and done that before, I'm alive to it, so I hope I'd spot it if it happened again. I also did some exercise yesterday, and danced, the first time in weeks!
The eclipse is on the 4th (Moon)/10th (Career) axis so I would imagine there's an ending of sorts to look out for - having recently been offered additional work in a part-time job, it may be that this is presaging the ending of my other job which has 4th house connections.
