Here are the rules for the measurement of time in Horary Charts: (from Ivy Goldstien Jacobson's Simplified Horary Astrology, (1947) Pasadena, CA.
Cardinal Signs and Houses Angular = Days Succedent=weeks
Cadent=months Mutable Signs and Houses Angular=Weeks
Succedent=Months Cadent=Years Fixed Signs and Houses
Angular=Months Succedent=Years Cadent=unknown time

I have a question about timing in horary ... All the time I am confused and I don't know and which sign/house to consider about time factor... the one (the kind of house and sign) where Moon (or one of the significators) is? or the one where is other significator (the slower one), but there is perfecting the aspect? Because not all the time they are into the same kind of signs/houses, both succedant or both angular / or both fixed signs and so on. So which is correct to consider?

Hi Kansar, I'd look at the house the Moon is in for timing! Moon is faster then any other planet, so is always the applying party, and represents all future events! Best regards, Juliet
