Okay,
I'm not talking about the whole relationship ending here, just that point in the relationship when the main focus of your energy together has nowhere to go. Its when an aspect "Completes" its work in regards to the "relationship". Of course its still there, just the energy needs to be refocused.
The aspects involved are Sun quincunx Sun (exact). My Pluto conjunct my North Node square her Sun and exactly on her IC. Her Pluto conjunct my NN. My Pluto square her Mercury. Her Saturn conjunct my Pluto. My Pluto trine her Venus. Her Pluto trine my Moon, and my Ascendant. Pluto's in Leo. Her Eros conjuncts my Eros-Psyche conjunction in Sag. conjunct the Ascendant.
Enough data. Did I say this is a fiery, intense, deep karmic relationship?
Power struggles. Intense control issues. Intense passions. Near violence, intense anger, compulsions...typical Pluto stuff.
Its the Pluto interactions that have ended in this case. One day they were there, the next they were no longer consuming all my energy.
But then I thought, "Now What?". I had WAY too much energy, felt WAY too good...dangerous! A Scorpio would understand. Time to refocus.
Since there are many other very good aspects between the charts, the relationship did not end, but came very close to it. So far, so good.
Learning to redirect that intense Pluto energy somewhere else, and rediscovering each other now that we are not "old enemies" anymore is the challenge for the future. The Pluto intensity is still present in all things for both of us, yet, its no longer directed negatively at each other.
Lesser aspects such as Mars sq Moon are more ongoing, even intermittent, and don't tend to cause such dramatic changes. After all, Pluto is about "Transformation" and that is exactly what has occurred here.
At least I have recognized what happened and am starting a new career with all my excess intense energy, while she is focusing on her business which has suddenly jumped into a very successful mode.
Nearly all this change occurred in the retrograde Mercury period.
With the full-moon falling exactly on my Moon and her Mars-Venus conjunction in Aries conjunct my Aries Moon...well, this should be a rather interesting weekend. We're off to a concert. Wish us luck.
