Hi all, I wasn't going to post this chart on here because there is no applying aspect between seventh ruler and the ASC ruler... but with that moon approaching mercury...?? what do you all think?

I am not good on horary, but just a thought! What about Moon approaching Neptune, second significator of Pices in almost 7 weeks time?! ( in mutable sign/angular house) Moon beside is important in horary and also is the ruler of 5th. I don't know what is He for you, but is good both ways. I'm not sure for Neptune, I think in horary we suppose to use traditional ruler, isn't it ?!
On other hand Venus ruler of 3rd house of comunication will approach Neptune, but in fix sign and cadent house the time is unknown! Or we should take house where Venus is ( I am always mixed up in this) then, will be fixed and succedent in ... years ...too many!
Sorry, I don't think I was for any help... I wish you good luck to see him soon!

Dear PM,
I will try to cut through some of our Neptune/Mars square and answer this!
I think Kansara is correct in observing the upcoming sextile from the Moon, ruler of the fifth, to Neptune. My limited experience has shown that the modern rulers can be used, although things are often answered in unusual ways. Since your question was "will I?" and not "when will," I don't think you can determine WHEN you will see him again. That's been my experience. But, yes, you will see him again.
Uranus on the AC is interesting. And it is square the Moon. Did you suddenly break away from whoever this is? We are using the fifth, assuming it is a romantic interest, but if we need to use another ruler, let us know.
Moon has an upcoming inconjunct to Mars in the 3rd. Some heated discussion through a third party? Basically just guessing right now, trying to learn.
What do you see?

Hi Amoroso... thanks! Lol, Neptune must approve of this action.
I'd originally used the seventh as significator for this guy (don't know why as I dont think I'd seriously consider him as a partner) so the fifth is in fact more appropriate after all. Or if a friend then the eleventh? In either case, yes I do now believe you are right - I will see him again. What that will mean is another question I guess!
This question, though, pertains to a man I met a couple of weeks ago (in a bar of all places). We seemed to hit it off but didn't exchange numbers at the end of the evening. I thought that ok at the time, but for some reason I keep thinking about him. Moon is trine the NN - perhaps this has something to do with it (hey when/how did that NN sneak past my natal Venus at 10 Aries without me noticing??).
blessings, pm

When did the NN conjunct your 10 Aries Venus....a couple of weeks ago! When you were meeting him, I suspect!
You can use the 7th house for "the other person"--doesn't have to be a marriage partner or business partner--just, the 'other'. You can also use the ruler of the 5th if he was a romantic interest--11th for friend, 3rd for cousin, 6th for employer etc etc.
Either way, you will see him again.
If there are no aspects to your ruler, you take the MOON as your co-ruler (or he can use it, if he is 7th) so, if we give him the 7th your co-ruler moon conjuncts Mercury. If we give him the Moon as co-ruler, it sextiles your ruler Neptune.
If we assign him the 5th house, he's Moon and again there is a sextile to your ruler Neptune.
I would count the degrees until the exact conjunction and translate that into time (see the chart on timing events) Moon to Mercury is 15 weeks--also we can take his ruler moon (5th house) and count the degrees to the ascendant DEGREE (9 - 5 = 4) and we say 4 (days, weeks or months. (four months and 15 weeks are about the same....seems like a long time for a chance encounter...)
Keep a journal and keep us posted!

Hi Kim, thanks for for your help here....especially the formula for timing - I'm now going back over all my horary charts to see if I can work this out on them too. That NN! I'd been keeping an eye on it - its transiting my tenth house and with Eros, Venus and Chiron and my natal NN in the vicinity I'm interested to see what gives. On June 1 the NN reaches the Aries Point...that could be very interesting .... As for Mr Scorpio Poet here for this chart - you're right, four months is a bit long to hold out for a chance encounter!! I have a feeling though, especially with Pluto right there with Mercury and the Moon in this chart, that when we do meet again everything will be very different. Joy! PM
