I was inspired by the first question on that link for the horary examples and thought, maybe I should ask the same question; this chart seems very very relevent! Note that the ruler of the ASC is in the 5th house almost conjunct the 5th house ruler in the 5th house.. however the moon, my co-ruler and the ruler of the 2nd house, is in the sign opposite of the 5th, and almost in opposition to the Sun and Mercury, making aspects to Mars, (sextile) Pluto (square) and Jupiter (quincux). With Jupiter in the 6th, along with other things, it fixes a point of view looking deeply into the health aspects of having a baby perhaps... but it also is the 2nd to the 5th, so it seems that it is a very valuable resource to a potential child..(just thinking) But what does that opposition to the Sun actually mean? Opposition means there is a splitting or a divided interest and the goals are moving AWAY from each other.. (perhaps this is a time line?) None the less, it seems hard to get a real positive, Yes or No out of this chart... but at first it seemed to look Very Very YES! There is a yod pointing to Mars in the 12th, from Pluto at the end of the 6th and Jupiter at the beginning of the 6th... it seems there are some adjustments needed...(quincux) and then 12 and 6 relates strongly to health issues.... then 11th house of hopes and dreams, in opposition of the 5th. Then again I over looked a second yod forming to Jupiter (in Libra) in the 6th being the 7th house ruler, from the 12th house ruler in the 12th Mars (in Taurus), and the 2nd house ruler (and my co ruler) Moon (in Pisces) in the 11th house. I also note that the sign Virgo where the Sun (signifiying a future child) and Mercury (representing me questioning) are in a semi fertile sign.... moving into a conjunction.. I took note that Venus (in Scorpio FALL) 6th house ruler is squared to Saturn in the 4th house (in Leo) is the 8th and 9th house ruler ... both of these planets are not in their most favourable element but it reminds me of one of my health problems LOW blood sugar.. (could this prevent me from having another child or restrict my fertility anyway? (not to mention that my husband doesn't want another child)) who can say? thanks everyone! svenskasfinx

It is quite plain and simple, cause with Mercury almost casimi Sun, and essentially dignified, you got yourself indeed an absolute YES YES YES! Horary can be quite simple, and Ptolemeic aspects tell all in this case. Dear Svenska, please could you leave out any asteroids next time you post a horary chart, it's only confusing. Leave in Vertex and POF though!
Timing: look at the Moon. It's in a succedent house, 11, the house of wishes, dreams and trust. In traditional horary Bona Fortuna, Good Fortune. Ptolemy called it the House of children. Mutable sign in succedent house: it will be a matter of months. Moon -Mars aspects are great for fertility.
Interesting that the first aspect the Moon will make will be that square to Pluto (followed by sextile to Mars and then that opp to the rulers of the chart). Pluto right the DC probably represents your husband and his unwillingness (square) to have another child. Take note of the fact that the 11th is his 5th, and that both Moon (all that will happen) and Uranus (unexpected events) are there! And then that sextile to Mars in your 12th. Will it be initially hidden from you you are pregnant, something like that comes to my mind. Vertex and Jup in 6 are great. Venus it is detriment. Might say something about some health issue. Moon last aspect will be that opposition to that Mer/Sun conjunction. You might have some mixed feelings maybe??
I hope this helped. Love, Juliet

Svenskasfinx, I agree with Juliet completely! Horary can be simple and direct, and I also agree that when posting Horary charts--at least the initial ones—we use only traditional planets, Vtx and Fortuna. Otherwise, it's just clutter. We can read Juno rising as favourable—but in this question the answer is immediate. The ruler of the first in the fifth says you are able to have another child. That Mercury is conjunct the Sun in the 5th can say that you are pregnant now! (if it is applying--let me check)--yep-applying. Because the question was not--"Am I pregnant?" I suspect this conjunction confirms only that you will be at some point in the future. You may hear news related to the question in the next month. Kim

Ok everyone thanks so much for that YES! I also changed the link, you see its a little hard sometimes for me to just push the ctrl button along with the selection section thing when I'm working on some other things which have also caught my interest. Oh, another baby! whoah! sounds fun for me.. however I know that if this is true, then I won't be going to my highschool reunion or my convention next July, but I don't really care, especially if I could have another baby! cool! Sorry about asteroidal clutter! but as you see I did re-work and repost the chart, with the same link...(so it doesn't even look like I edited it..but I did I swear!) I think Ceres in the 6th is relavant, (I thought Eros was too, but I guess not) and I see Ceres being a very good resource for the "growing child" I may have in the future.. almost saying there won't be a problem with nutrition..(Jupiter there too) (these two are also factors saying that my health may be good for this at this time) I'll be waiting.. from what I expected, under one year.. due to house placements of the plantets pertaining to the question and myself. Well got to go, the son is getting restless! take care and thanks Julia and Kim!!! svenskasfinx

I'm thinking when I wondered if I was going to have another baby, maybe I was just going to get my "baby" back...?
I'm just waiting for the questions to always be somewhat answered but more like in a different way than they maybe are expected... Does anyone else seem to feel that when asking any Horary Question?
Think about it, Two months later I get my child in my e-post! What a world!

Dear Sven,
I DEFINITELY feel this way about Horary--as a matter of fact, I just wrote that very thing to Kim.
It is astounding the way Horary answered your question. I am just speechless. It just goes to show that there are hidden layers to one's question.
I cast the Horary "When will there be news in the form of a letter, email or phone call" wondering when I would hear from C. Kim interpreted the Horary and gave a time frame which turned out to be true--only it was ME sending HIM an email that I did not intend to send (He was on an old student email bulk list) and it caused me great anxiety. The significators were a Moon-Uranus opposition and it happened the week Kim thought it might. It was an answer to my question, but not at all what I expected. Kim also said the news would not be very satisfying in some way!
It just underscores how powerful a tool Horary can be and we can not take it lightly.
Blessings, and thinking of you! Amoroso

I agree. Horary is very much like Tarot in this--like an entity unto itself.
Horary answers THE question--whether you know what you're asking or not.
This is why I stress so much the value of WORDING the question--taking the time to really grasp what it is you 'want to know.'
It can be dangerous business--horary or Tarot--because in one sense you are 'collapsing the wave'. You are 'choosing' a possibility out of an infinite number of possibilities by 'choosing' a moment in time--or a select few cards.
Do you see what I mean?
It’s not something to embark on lightly, frivolously.

It’s not something to embark on lightly, frivolously. Kim I understand this on many levels, however with Tarot I have never get a feeling of "I had better be very certain of the question I ask" kind of feeling. It seems emotionally sincere with touching and handling the cards, and just really feeling the question and never having to really "write it down"... I never feel as though something is "off target" or even "twisted"... There is almost that "The Universe is Laughing" feeling when I read my question as a horary chart in trying to answer it.... not cruel or wrong or perverse, just a feeling of "the trickster" in mind... and how I had better be certain of my question. I don't feel I go into these things "lightly"...but maybe something in me likes the "humour" of life itself, and this causes me to get answers that will make me laugh. I shouldn't be confused, life is like that best wishes everyone, svenskasfinx
