Hello Kim,
yes, the Venus-Pluto-aspect really feels like Sasportas described that Pluto-aspect.
And it doesn`t really fit into my chart; it stands against all this Sagittarius / 1st house, Aquarius and Neptunian constellations.
And as if it`s not enough, Pluto is on my midheaven and Venus in Capricorn in the 1st house. *sighs*
Somehow I can`t avoid this aspect. But it makes everything complicated, even though I wouldn`t want to miss it. It makes everything deeper, more meaningful, passionate.
I even think it may be reason for my weird fascination for and fear of vampire-stories.
When I started writing my own shortstories, somehow all stories carried this Venus-Pluto-theme. It`s astonishing. The other recurring theme in my stories is the very Uranian struggle for independence and finding ones own way (must be my Moon in Aquarius).
"ou'll be waking up all those parts of each other that correspond with the planets being touched."
Yes, and probably it`s no surprise, that I react very strongly to persons (not only men), who aspect my Venus. The persons in my life, I have the closest connections to, also have much Plutonian influence natally. They really awaken my Venus and Pluto.
"then the contacts that are made become stronger--less diluted or scattered."
That makes sense.
I didn`t see it this way before. I was thinking that the more aspects the stronger the soulconnection. So if there are only a few connections, it would mean the souls are only weakly connected.
But after all it`s not about quantity. lol
"f there is a sun-Saturn contact in the tropical synastry as well, even more so would that energy be a theme with the couple. Do you see what I mean?"
Yes, I defintely see that. In that particular case it`s a Mars-Pluto-contact. Am I surprised, Pluto surfaces again? No, I`m not.
I guess I really have to work on those Pluto-things in my soul.
"Nothing is really 'normal'--it all depends on the people involved and what they like!"
That`s true. And as an insatiable Sagittarius I want as much connection as possible, the best and the most intense ones. One just isn`t enough for me. I want to have them all. ;D
"Remember also, there is a quality that a soul brings to a relationship that is not represented in the chart. There is a magic...and that can transcend any aspect, or no aspect in the horoscopes! "
Yes, I tend to forget about that. But you`re definitely right on this.
"And then, there are the thousands of asteroids that would be conjunct thousands of points in the chart...maybe that is the magic we 'don't see'."
Would you use the asteroids in Draconic charts, too?
Well, I only used Eros and Psyche so far, because I always thought the planetary aspects are the main themes.
But it`s interesting to see, that this comparision has some very strong Sappho-aspects like
Draconic Sappho conjunct Draconic Moon
Dracconic Uranus opposite Draconic Sappho
Draconic Sappho opposite natal Mars
Draconic Sappho conjunct natal Southern Node
Draconic Sappho conjunct natal Descendent
And if I knew how to interprete Sappho, I would know what this means. ;D
